Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

To help us provide appointments fairly for all patients, we ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at the full appointment fee.

 

If your appointment has been prepaid, the fee will be retained and is non-refundable.
